ISSUE:
"Error Message - HMDA_HOEPALoanStatusIndicator - Invalid Value/Data Type"
SOLUTION:

1.) Go to 'Edit 1003' tab on the far-left side of the loan.
2.) Click on the Lender Loan Information on the far right tab.
3.) Under Mortgage Loan Information, you'll see the field HMDA Rate Spread.
You'll notice that there is a rate entered and the HMDA HOEPA Status is set to 'NO'.

4.) You'll want to clear the rate spread field and leave it blank (delete any rate entered in this field).
5.) You'll also want to change the HMDA/HOEPA Status to 'SELECT'.
6.) Once this is updated, you'll need to click 'SAVE' and then click 'VALIDATE.

7.) Go back to the Credit/AUS tab and request findings again.
