ISSUE: Unable to import or update the following loan package, below message is received.

"LONSync was not able to import or update the following loan package. Check the loan package and resubmit when errors have been corrected."

SOLUTION:

This error usually occurs when the loan package has been incorrectly formatted. To avoid this error, make sure that all the information provided for the loan package is correct. Ensure that all required fields have been filled out and that all numerical values are appropriate and accurate.

If the loan package is correctly formatted, and you are still getting this error, you may need to contact our support team. Please provide the borrower's name and/or loan number.
