Troubleshooting how to change the LTV/CLTV in the portal

ISSUE: The LTV/CLTV on the loan changed after submission.

How do I change or update the LTV/CLTV?

SOLUTION: The portal will show only what is in our Encompass system after the file has been submitted at submission.

Prior to submission, LTV is calculated in the portal in the 'Price & Lock' tab.

From this tab, the LTV/CLTV can be changed accordingly.

For additional questions on the Pricer tab, please reach out to your Account Executive.
