If you would like to request to share your screen with a portal support team member for additional assistance, please reach out to us using the chat function on the bottom right side of your screen with this blue icon.
Once our portal support team has responded to your ticket, they can start a call with you to share your screen. You'll need to have an active chat box open with the portal support team in order to proceed with the call with a team member.
1.) Click 'Answer' in the chat box.

2.) Click 'Allow Microphone Access'.
3.) A new window will pop up showing the 'Call in Progress'. You'll then select the "TV screen" button on the bottom left of the window.
4.) Click on 'Entire Screen' then 'Share' to share your full screen.
Or click on Tab/Window to share your tab or window only (not the full screen).
