In order to view or download documents from the portal, you'll need to follow the steps below.
1.) Open the loan by clicking 'edit' on the main page under 'All Loans'. You can also search your loan in the search box to the right of the screen for faster lookup.
2.) Click on the 'loan documents' tab.
3.) Locate your document by file name or document name, then click on the arrow icon labeled 'Request the Document from Encompass' (see highlighted below).
4.) Once document is ready, you'll see the confirmation 'Document Delivered' and the 'Download Document' icon will be available.
5.) The document will automatically be downloaded to your computer under the 'Downloads' folder as a PDF file.
