ISSUE:
When running DU and you receive an error message: TDS 123320 - TFM Validation failed. "Loan Application processing returned an error: Response was code 123320 - TFM Validation failed for Transaction ID".
SOLUTION:
1) Check your 1003
2) Go to your loan information tab, typically these occur on FHA loans.
3) Remove information (make the field blank) for the following fields:
-HMDA HOEPA status
-Community Lending Product
-Community Search Repayment Structure.
You may have completed these in your own POS, or perhaps they defaulted, we want to make sure they're empty (or blank) for Fannie AUS when running DU.
