The Portal requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) every 90 days from the specific device used to log in. This means the Portal will send an authorization code to the email address associated with the user login credentials that will be required to log in addition to your password.

2. The authorization code will be delivered to the email address associated with the user login credentials. Simply take the code from the email and enter it into the “Authorization Code” field and click “Verify Code”

If another code is required, click on “Request Another Code” and The Lounge will send another verification email to your inbox*
