** Please note:
The user's Reggora credentials need to be active before an appraisal order can be placed in the portal. This means if a processor is trying to order the appraisal and they have not yet activated their Reggora credentials, then the system will not let them order the appraisal. The user will need to activate and verify their Reggora account credentials in the portal to place the appraisal order. If the LO is placing the appraisal order, they will need to activate their own Reggora credentials to proceed with the appraisal order.
If the LO has set their Reggora account up with one DBA and then is approved with another DBA, when they submit a loan through the new DBA, they just need to enter the original Reggora credentials they set up with the previous DBA and everything will work as it should (they will not get a separate email from Reggora to set up new credentials specific to the new DBA)
ITP must be completed on all loans before the appraisal can be ordered, including Business Purpose loans (this is our company policy)**
