When pricing in the Lounge, make sure to select the following:
Non-QM: Select Yes
Business Purpose Loan: Select Yes
Doc Type: Investor DSCR (when you select doc type investor DSCR, it will open the box for business purpose)
Prepay Period: 6 months Minimum unless the state has PPP restrictions, default pricing comes out at 3 Years (6 months Min for all NanQ/NonQM – Investment loans)
Vested in LLC: Select Yes
Occupancy type: Investment
