ISSUE: Loan cannot be priced out or is unable to select pricing.
SOLUTION:
1.) Go to the Price/Lock Loan tab
2.) In the Price/Lock Screen, check that all fields are correctly inputted
3.) You can change your fees by lowering your Seller or Other Credits or 3rd Party Fees
4.) You can also take the total 3rd party costs and add/remove the Rebate/Discount amount for the Rate you would like
5.) Double check the LTV/CLTV to ensure it meets the loan program matrix requirements
6.) Also double check any other fields to meet the loan program matrix requirements
7.) Click Price to see if you get the desired rate
If you hover to the 'i' icon to the right side of the desired rate, you'll see the reason why the rate is not available due to qualification or eligibility issues.
