We now offer a quick and easy way to pre-lock your loan without the full 1003 upload needed. Just follow the steps below to your locking success!
1. Log into the Portal and select the “Pricer” icon located at the top of the page (located in the dashboard in the top screen)
2. Enter your scenario and click the “Get Pricing” button
3. Once you have located the desired rate, click on the checkbox next to that rate and then select the “Start Quick Lock” button located under the final price
4. You'll see the loan registration progress (this step should take 45-60 seconds)
5. Once completed, you'll see the status will show 'lock request complete', then you can click continue to proceed.
6. Please note you will have 10 calendar days to complete your application and fully submit your loan. Once you have everything needed to complete your loan submission, click on the “Upload your Complete 1003” button to upload your 3.4 MISMO and proceed with your normal Loan Stream submission process.
