Loans Eligible to Price/Lock (AUS Blank)

To address the inability to price or lock due to an AUS stop (AUS Blank)

If the loan is not able to price/lock due to an AUS stop, the AUS finding of "Approve/Eligible" may not be present.

The following AUS findings are able to price/Lock:

DU - Approve/Eligible
LP - Accept/Eligible
Manual for FHA/VA (does not apply to Conventional) 
DU - Refer/Eligible
USDA - Accept/Eligible

How to Update in Encompass:

1) Open the Loan
2) Hit CTRL+G
3) Enter field ID "1544"
4) Complete 1544 with the appropriate finding.
