When a loan is conditionally approved, depending on AUS Findings in encompass, the Get Pricing button will not appear with the following error:
"The Underwriting Result is not present in our LOS, Please contact support, your Account Manager, or Account Executive to assist."
Please reach out to our Portal Support Team to update the Underwriting Result Findings so that it connects to the Portal, then you can proceed with Pricing or requesting your lock.
If DU, AUS Recommendation needs to be Approve/Eligible.
If LP, AUS Recommendation needs to be Accept/Eligible.
Save the changes and refresh the loan to see the changes.
