Error message received when trying to price or lock the loan:
"The Underwriting Result may not be submitted, priced, or locked at this time. Please contact your Account Executive to review your loan."
Troubleshooting the DU/AUS Findings
If you are having trouble pricing your loan, the most likely cause is that the DU/AUS Findings is not updated in Encompass. This article covers how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
Step 1: Confirm DU/AUS Findings Need Updating
To confirm if the DU/AUS Findings is the issue, check to see if you're able to edit the Underwriting Result field in the Price/Lock tab.
Step 2: Updating DU/AUS Findings
1.) If you're able to update the Underwriting Result field, go ahead and select the findings.
2.) If you're unable to update the Underwriting Result field, then you can contact the Portal Support Team to update the results in Encompass.
